We may process your address data (such as street name, house or apartment number, city/town, and country) in order for us to process payments to you, administer finances relating to your account and for tax purposes.

Music creation data

Music data is information that you provide within the service when you are recording a song, producing music or otherwise using your creativity for the purpose of recording, producing and creating music: Music creation data is:

  • Voice and sounds
  • IPI number
  • Meta data provided within or in connection with recordings, including ISRC codes
  • Image and other likeness (as shared by you on the service)
  • Artist name and aliases
  • Producer name and aliases

Payment data

If you and we agree that a recording will be released for commercial distribution, royalties will be generated and we will pay you your share of such royalties pursuant to a separate agreement. We will need certain information to process payments to you:

  • Bank and account details
  • Place of residence

When you use the service, you may need to come into contact with us or communicate with other users on the service. When communicating with us or with other users, we may collect the following data:
