Source, purpose and legal basis

We collect information in different ways. Some information is collected directly from you, such as your name and contact information when you create an account with us. Other types of information, such as your voice, are collected from when you chose to create a recording using our services.

We may use some or all of your personal data for the purpose of administering the platform and performing our services to you (such as, but not limited to, accounting and reporting payments to you pursuant to our Terms of Use) as well as enabling you to create and share content and to interact with other users on the service;

About our balance of interest assessment

When we state above that we rely on our legitimate interests as a legal basis for our processing of personal data, we have made a so-called legitimate interest assessment. That is a balance of interest assessment through which we have determined that our legitimate interests for the processing outweighs your interests and rights not to have your personal data processed. Transfers of your personal data outside the European Economic Area

Our sharing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy may involve transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
